Lviv region and California establish sister state relationship – Kozytsky

The California State Senate supported the establishment of a sister state relationship with Lviv region, Head of Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytsky said.

"37 votes "Yes", 0 – "No". The California State Senate supported the establishment of a sister state relationship with Lviv region!" he said on his Telegram channel.

According to Kozytsky, the resolution will promote mutually beneficial educational, economic and cultural exchanges between Lviv region and California.

"Special thanks to representatives of Ukrainian communities in California, including their merit, that such a historic decision was made unprecedentedly quickly," he added.
