On Day of Remembrance of Donetsk Airport Defenders, Zaluzhny thanks everyone who fought there
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny on the Day of Remembrance of Donetsk Airport Defenders almost commemorated the fallen heroes and thanked everyone "who fought in Donetsk Airport."
"Today is the Day of Remembrance of the Donetsk Airport Defenders, the heroes who wrote an important page in the history of the struggle for our Independence. This feat of Ukrainian soldiers demonstrated to the whole world the courage, courage and invincibility of Ukrainians. The words are forever imprinted in our memory: the cyborgs survived, the concrete did not," Zaluzhny said in his Telegram channel on Saturday.
"We thank everyone who fought in Donetsk Airport. We remember everyone who gave their lives for our freedom. Glory to the Heroes," the commander-in-chief said.
