Movement of trucks been resumed at Diakove-Halmeu checkpoint on border with Romania – State Customs Service
Romanian farmers completed their protest at Diakove-Halmeu checkpoint, truck traffic has resumed, the State Customs Service reported
"This afternoon, January 20, Romanian farmers completed their protest and unblocked the Halmeu-Dyakovo checkpoint. Now Romanian customs officers and border guards have started to accept the first cargo vehicles from Ukraine," the service said in a message published on the Telegram channel.
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine says representatives of the Romanian border police announced the lifting of the blockade in the direction of Halmeu checkpoint at 13.20 on Saturday.
Border crossing is carried out as usual.
There are 30 trucks waiting to enter Ukraine and 634 to leave.
