Law enforcement officials are proposing that the founder and head of the investment company Concorde Capital, Ihor Mazepa, who was detained on January 18, post a bail of UAH 700 million, and his brother – UAH 500 million, the company told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.
"For the alleged damage of UAH 7 million, Ihor Mazepa's bail was set at UAH 700 million, and his brother's at UAH 500 million," noted Concorde Capital.
The company recalled that Mazepa was detained in a criminal case regarding the allocation of land plots with a total area of 2.4 hectares, which were allegedly provided in violation of the law.
As reported, the day before, Mazepa was detained on the Ukrainian-Polish border, and at the same time, the State Bureau of Investigation conducted searches at the company's office and places of residences of its employees.
