"At 00:05 on January 19, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, the court chose a preventive measure for one of the heads of companies controlled by Hrynkevych, Volodymyr Tymkiv, in the form of detention or bail posture in the amount of more than UAH 500 million," the message says.
Earlier, at about 22:00 on January 18, it was reported that "one of the suspects in the case, Andriy Kolotylo, was chosen a preventive measure - detention for 60 days with the possibility of posting a bail in the amount of UAH 500 million."
The suspect's lawyer, Serhiy Pushkarsky, told Suspilne that they would prepare an appeal against the court's decision and the amount of bail, according to him, was "too big for the status of a participant."
