Umerov's visit to Paris for opening of Artillery Coalition postponed due to participation in Supreme Commander's HQ Staff Meeting
At the opening of the Artillery Coalition in Paris on January 18, 2024, a Ukrainian delegation headed by Deputy Minister Ivan Havrliuk was represented from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"The participation of the Minister of Defense was informed in advance that the visit may be postponed due to the fact that yesterday the Minister of Defense took part in the Supreme Commander's Headquarters Staff Meeting. The Minister of Defense takes part in the opening of the Artillery Coalition remotely via video link," the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported.
It is also indicated that the teams of the Ukrainian and French ministries are working on a new date for the visit.
