Checkpoint Halmeu-Diakove blocked with machinery of Romanian farmers – Ukrainian customs
As of Thursday morning, January 18, the Romanian side informed that in front of the Halmeu-Diakove international checkpoint, farmers blocked the movement of cargo vehicles, the State Customs Service of Ukraine reports.
"The blocking is carried out by large agricultural machinery. The movement of trucks leaving Ukraine is temporarily suspended in order to prevent the passage of passenger cars from being blocked. The timing of the blocking is not yet known," the message on the Telegram channel states.
Currently, about ten trucks are waiting to leave Ukraine, and there are 607 vehicles in the queue. Over the past 24 hours, the following documents have been processed and passed through: for exit from Ukraine – 138 vehicles, and for entry – 105 vehicles.
