AFU General Staff: Defense forces eliminate 730 occupiers during day
The defense forces killed 730 occupiers, 13 tanks, 14 armored vehicles, 10 artillery systems, three MLRS, seven UAVs, one cruise missile, 26 units of cars and special equipment during the day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on enemy losses on Wednesday morning.
"The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to January 17, 2024 approximately amount to: about 372,820 people of military personnel (plus 730) people, 6,126 tanks (plus 13), 11,372 armored combat vehicles (plus 14), 8,811 artillery systems (plus 10), 964 MLRS units (plus three), 653 air defense systems, 331 aircraft, 324 helicopters, 6,884 operational-tactical UAVs (plus seven), 1,817 cruise missiles (plus one), 23 ships/boats, one submarine, 11,755 automotive equipment and tankers (plus 24), and 1,367 special equipment units (plus two)," the summary says.
