Russian army shelling central part of Kherson – region’s head

Russian invaders are shelling the central part of Kherson on Monday evening, said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Regional Military Administration.

"There are explosions in the city. The Russian army is shelling the central part of Kherson! Please stay in safe places!" he wrote on the Telegram channel on Monday evening.
