British ambassador condemns Russian attack on Ukraine
The Russian attack on the Ukrainian civilian infrastructure is a war crime, said British Ambassador to Ukraine Martin Harris.
“More despicable attacks by Russia across Ukraine this morning. There are reports that a maternity hospital, apartment blocks, shopping malls and train stations have been hit - in this holiday season. Attacking civilian infrastructure is a war crime,” the ambassador said on X (Twitter).
