As result of Russian shelling in Nikopol, one killed, two wounded – local authorities

Russian occupiers on the morning of Tuesday, November 28, struck Nikopol. An artillery shell hit a five-story building, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak has said.

"A 63-year-old man died. Two women, 65 and 63 years old, were injured," Lysak said in his Telegram channel.

He clarified that people may remain under the rubble.
