Ukrainian Defense Minister, NATO PA President exchange ideas on NATO summit in Washington
Head of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine Rustem Umerov reported on a productive meeting with the President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Michal Szczerba.
"Ukraine's Defence Ministry plans on adopting NATO standards and practices to strengthen the Ukrainian army. Exchanged ideas on NATO summit in Washington," Umerov said on the X social network on Sunday.
As reported, on November 25, events were held in Ukraine to mark the 90th anniversary of the Holodomor-genocide tragedy. A number of foreign delegations visited Ukraine on that day.
