Shmyhal, Šimonytė sign joint statement, agreement on technical-financial cooperation
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and Prime Minister of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė signed a joint statement and agreement on technical and financial cooperation.
"In the statement, we underlined the importance of creating a special tribunal that should condemn those responsible for this war and crimes against Ukraine. In addition, Lithuania expressed full support for the Peace Formula of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy," Shmyhal said on the Telegram channel.
The parties also signed an agreement on technical and financial cooperation, which should simplify the implementation of assistance projects to Ukraine from Lithuania, in particular, in terms of the supply of various equipment, technology transfer, and the introduction of reforms on the way to the European Union.
"We highly appreciate the assistance that the Lithuanian people and the Republic of Lithuania have been providing us since the very beginning of the full-scale invasion," Shmyhal said.
