Defense Ministry calls reports on dismissal of three generals untrue
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine does not comment on rumors or unverified information, the department's press service said in response to requests from the media on Monday evening.
"Everyone is working as usual, decisions are discussed in coordination with the General Staff. The information published by a number of media outlets does not correspond to reality. Please maintain information hygiene," the ministry said in the statement published on its Facebook page.
Earlier, a number of media outlets reported on the proposal prepared by the Minister of Defense for the dismissal of Commander of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Tetiana Ostaschenko, Commander of Tavria Operational-Strategic Group of Forces Oleksandr Tarnavsky and Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Nayev.
