Fifty-three military clashes took place during the day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the situation as of 18:00 on Friday.

"In general, the enemy inflicted one missile and 67 air strikes, carried out 40 attacks from multiple rocket launchers on the positions of our troops and settlements," the General Staff said in a Facebook message.

As noted, private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged. "The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains difficult."
