Zelenskyy establishes military administration in Sumy – decree

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree on the formation of Sumy City Military Administration of Sumy district of Sumy region.

The text of relevant decree No. 720/2023 of October 31 was published on the official website of the head of the Ukrainian state.

"The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sumy Regional State Administration to carry out activities related to the formation of the military administration in accordance with the Law ‘On the legal regime of martial law’… The decree comes into force on the day of publication," the document says.
