Johnson names conditions for providing aid to Ukraine
New Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Mike Johnson said he is open to negotiations on aid to Ukraine, but "with conditions," according to NBC.
"We want accountability and we want objectives that are clear from the White House. But we're going to have those discussions. It will be very productive," he said.
He said the House of Representatives is working on this issue, but they "will have conditions."
