We don’t want Ukraine to capitulate – Borrell

The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, has said at the Europe and World conference that the European Union does not want to allow Ukraine to capitulate to the regime of Vladimir Putin, the European Council website reported on Tuesday.

Borrell said he knows how to end the war quickly. He said that if he stops supporting Ukraine, it will end with the capitulation of the Ukrainians. According to him, none wants to end this war like this. He added that they cannot allow Putin to place a puppet government in Kyiv, and also have a Russian army on the Polish border.
