Pyshnyy denies info in media about resignation letter he allegedly wrote
Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Andriy Pyshnyy is working as part of the Ukrainian delegation at the annual meeting of the IMF and the World Bank in the Moroccan capital of Marrakech and denies reports in a number of media outlets that he allegedly wrote a letter of resignation.
"During a break between meetings, I was surprised to learn that I allegedly wrote a letter of resignation from the post of NBU governor and chose Marrakesh for this. This information is not true," Pyshnyy wrote on Facebook on Tuesday.
"Nothing more than another fake. We will continue to work, we will definitely return to Ukraine with the results," the NBU governor said.
