European Council's president after talks with Zelenskyy: EU preparing additional strong package of support for long-haul

President of the European Council Charles Michel assured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of unwavering support and said that the European Union is preparing an additional support package for the long term.

"No plan B in supporting Ukraine. Only Plan A — unwavering support for as long as it takes until Ukraine prevails. The EU is preparing an additional strong package of support for the long-haul," he said on X (Twitter) following a meeting with President Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the Summit of the European Political Community in Granada, Spain.
