Russian occupation forces attacked a civilian facility in the village of Hroza in Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, according to preliminary information, 48 people, including a child, were killed, and six people, including a child, were injured, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak has said.
