Synehubov: Occupiers hit guided air bomb in Kupiansk, killing three civilians
Russian occupation forces attacked Kupiansk with a guided air bomb, there were casualties among the civilian population, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov said.
"As a result of this strike, three civilians were killed. Emergency services are currently working on the scene. The information is being clarified," Synehubov said in his Telegram channel.
