Defense forces eliminate 460 occupiers over day – General Staff
The Defense Forces eliminated 460 occupiers, 19 artillery systems, five UAVs, 14 armored vehicles, 12 tanks, two MLRS units, as well as 16 units of cars and special equipment during the day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Monday morning.
"The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to August 21, 2023 approximately amounted to: about 257,930 people of military personnel (plus 460) people, 4,358 tanks (plus 12) units, 8,449 armored combat vehicles (plus 14) units, 5,264 artillery systems (plus 19) units, 719 MLRS units, 489 units of air defense equipment, 315 aircraft, 316 helicopters, 4,309 operational-tactical level UAVs (plus five), 1,406 cruise missiles, 18 ships/boats, 7,692 motor vehicles and tankers (plus 12) units, 794 units of special equipment (plus four)," the message says.
