Russian occupiers fired at the central part of Kherson from the Grad MLRS on Monday morning, killing an employee of a utility company, Head of Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin said.

"Today, at about 08:20, the occupiers fired at the central part of Kherson from Grad MLRS. An employee of a city utility company was hit by an enemy strike. The man died on the spot from his injuries," he said in his Telegram channel.
