Ukraine returns 383 children deported by Russia – Lubinets
Some 383 children illegally deported by the aggressor country have been returned to Ukraine, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets said.
"(...) As of today, only 383 Ukrainian children have been returned to their homeland. Russia does not provide information about our children and is not interested in family reunification," Lubinets said during a meeting with First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska and First Lady South Korean Kim Keon-hee, who visited the Center for the Protection of the Rights of the Child.
During the meeting, the first ladies toured the center, which provides legal and psychological assistance to children. In turn, the ombudsman told how the interrogation and fixation of war crimes of the Russian occupiers against children is carried out.
