According to updated data, as result of attack on Kharkiv, one killed, three injured
The investigative and prosecuting group is documenting the consequences of a missile attack inflicted on Kharkiv by the Russian occupation forces on Sunday evening.
"According to the investigation, on July 16, at about 18:50, the enemy launched a missile attack on the territory of an industrial enterprise in Osnoviansky district of Kharkiv. Previously, two S-300 missiles fired from the territory of the Belgorod region of Russia. So far, one dead and three wounded are known – all employees of an industrial enterprise. The data is being specified," the press service of Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office said.
A pretrial investigation has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As reported earlier, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov reported seven wounded as a result of the Sunday evening strike on Kharkiv.
"There are seven victims now. There is unconfirmed information about one killed," Terekhov said on his Telegram channel.
