At about 13:35 on Tuesday, July 4, an explosion sounded in Pervomaiske, Kharkiv region, there are victims, including children, said head of the Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov.

"According to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out by a high-explosive shell. As a result, several cars caught fire in the parking lot. Now we know about 12 victims, including five children. Appropriate specialists are working on the spot, and doctors are also helping," Synehubov wrote on his Telegram channel.

At that time, a farewell ceremony was held in the town with Kraken fighter and 3rd Assault Battalion Oleh Fadeyenko (call sign Small boy), who was killed near Bakhmut.
