Zelenskyy: No one to sit down at negotiating table with Russia while invaders remain on Ukrainian soil
No one will sit down at the negotiating table with Russia as long as the invaders remain on Ukrainian soil, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on a Telegram channel on Sunday.
"Our world is great, but we are all in it together. And this is our common cause - peace. Ukraine has proposed a peace formula to the world. As long as the Russian invaders remain on our land, no one will sit down at the negotiating table with Russia," he wrote.
"The colonizer must leave," Zelenskyy stressed.
"But the world has the power to force Russia to restore peace step by step. We have developed a peace formula so that each of its points is supported by UN resolutions. So that everyone in the world can choose for himself the point that he will help implement. From Japan to the Arab countries, from Europe to Latin America, we find support for the peace formula. And we continue this work," he also wrote.
