Death toll in Uman rises to 11 – Ministry of Internal Affairs
As of 12:00 Friday, the number of victims of an enemy missile attack on a high-rise building in Uman has increased to 11 people, and nine people have been hospitalized, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports on its Telegram channel.
"Uman. Latest news as of 12:00. Some 11 of our citizens died, and nine people were hospitalized," the message says.
"We have deployed headquarters, tents, where our citizens from neighboring houses and from the house that suffered the most can wait until the local authorities provide them with places of refuge. At the moment, the local authorities have provided everyone with food. There is also a hotline where relatives and friends of those citizens who lived in this and other houses that suffered in this area can apply," the Ministry of Internal Affairs quoted Minister Ihor Klymenko as saying.
