There are two ten-year-old children among the dead in Uman, head of Cherkasy regional military administration Ihor Taburets said.

"Rescuers continue to dismantle the ruins. Unfortunately, we already have ten dead. Among them, there are two 10-year-old children," he wrote on the Telegram channel on Friday.

As Taburets noted, the headquarters for helping the victims is working. "We provide all the necessary assistance," he said.
