Stoltenberg urges allies to ‘do even more’ regarding provision of military assistance to Ukraine – media
Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance, Jens Stoltenberg, said that NATO, together with its allies, should provide Ukraine with more weapons and resources to accelerate the liberation of the territories seized by Russia, CNN reports.
"We recognize the enormous amount of weapons, ammunitions, supplies that have already been provided to Ukraine, but we need to do even more," Stoltenberg said.
He believes that Ukraine needs to be provided with even more weapons, which will help carry out an effective counteroffensive and liberate the occupied territories.
"Because we need to ensure that Ukrainians are in a position where they can punch through the Russian lines and also across minefields and be in a position where they can liberate, take back territory," he added.
