Death toll of drone attacks in Rzhyschiv, Kyiv region, increases to four

The number of victims of a night attack by enemy drones in Kyiv region has increased to four – rescuers pulled out the body of a man from under the rubble of a destroyed hostel in Rzhyschiv, Kyiv region, the State Emergency Service has said.

"The body of a man was pulled out from under the rubble, thus there are already four victims. The analysis of the rubble is currently ongoing," spokeswoman for the State Emergency Service in Kyiv region Viktoria Ruban told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.

Chief the Main Directorate of the National Police of Kyiv region Andriy Niebytov said in his Telegram channel: "Just from the fifth floor of the hostel destroyed by the Shahed drones, they got another one who killed during a night drone attack. The fourth victim was a 40-year-old driver."

According to Niebytov, the man did not go down to the shelter during the air raid alert.

Earlier it was reported that as a result of a night attack by drones, three people were killed and seven more were injured.

On the night of March 22, in the town of Rzhyschiv, Kyiv region, as a result of an enemy attack, the fourth and fifth floors of two five-story dormitories and a three-story educational building of a professional lyceum were partially destroyed, followed by burning.
