Macron appoints Special Envoy for aid and reconstruction of Ukraine
French President Emmanuel Macron has appointed former Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for Policy and Partnerships Pierre Heilbronn as Special Envoy for assistance and reconstruction of Ukraine.
“Very honored to be appointed France's Special Envoy for Ukraine’s Relief and Reconstruction by Emmanuel Macron. A great challenge, a huge collective responsibility,” he said on Twitter.
