Defense Forces ready for expected Russian offensive in Feb – Reznikov
Ukraine does not rule out a new attack by the Russian army in February, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are ready for this, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov has said.
As the minister said at a press conference on Sunday, February 5, the situation in eastern Ukraine will remain difficult, but manageable.
Reznikov said the Defense Forces are holding out in the east of the country.
According to him, Ukraine expects an attack in February, since Russia likes symbolism, the Ukrainian forces are ready for this.
"There are no unexpected things," the minister said.
He also said Ukraine continues to accumulate reserves.
