In Brovary, Kyiv region, a helicopter crashed near a kindergarten and a residential building, there are victims, Head of Kyiv regional military administration Oleksiy Kuleba said on Thursday morning.

"In the town of Brovary, a helicopter crashed near a kindergarten and a residential building. During the tragedy, children and employees of the institution were in the kindergarten. At the moment, everyone has been evacuated. There are victims. Ambulances, police and firefighters are working at the crash site," Kuleba said in Telegram.
