Massive power outages also began in Moldova on Wednesday due to Russian missile strikes on the Ukrainian energy system, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development of the Republic Andrei Spinu has said.
"Today we have a repeatition of the situation since November 15. After Russia's bombing of Ukraine's energy system in the last hour, we have massive power outages across the country. Moldelectrica is working on restoring the connection to electricity," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
