Blinken, Stoltenberg discuss preparations for NATO foreign ministerial meeting, including support to Ukraine
A telephone call between United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg was dedicated to the agenda of the upcoming meeting of NATO ministers of foreign affairs, including support to Ukraine.
"Secretary Blinken and Secretary General Stoltenberg discussed priorities for the meeting, including continued support to Ukraine, strengthening the Alliance's deterrence and defense, and enhancing resilience," the U.S. Department of State said in a statement.
Blinken and Stoltenberg also voiced support to Finland and Sweden's NATO accession process.
The meeting of NATO foreign ministers will take place in Bucharest on November 29-30.
