There are "arrivals" in one of the communities of Kyiv region, Head of the regional military administration Oleksiy Kuleba said.

"Kyiv region. There are 'arrivals' in one of the merged territorial communities of the region. The missile attack continues. Air defense is working out targets. Stay in shelters! In addition, electricity is restricted in the region," Kuleba said on Telegram on Monday.
