Occupants hit critical infrastructure facility in Kharkiv – Terekhov

On Monday morning, the Russian occupation troops attacked Kharkiv, damaging a critical infrastructure facility, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said.

"There are two 'arrivals' in Kharkiv. The enemy hit a critical infrastructure facility in the city," Terekhov said on his Telegram channel.
