The Center Air Command reports the destruction of 12 enemy air targets as of 15:00.

"Twelve enemy air targets were destroyed by air defense forces. Today, on October 19, as of 15:00, two cruise missiles and eight UAVs were shot down by the forces and means of the air defense of the air command Center of the Air Forces, another two cruise missiles were landed by the air defense forces," the command said in a Facebook post.
