U.S. Embassy urges American citizens to leave Ukraine
The US Embassy in Kyiv called on American citizens to leave Ukraine in connection with Russian strikes on civilian infrastructure.
"Russia's continued strikes in Ukraine pose a direct threat to civilians and civilian infrastructure. The Embassy urges U.S. citizens to shelter in place and depart Ukraine now using privately available ground transportation options when it is safe to do so," according to a message of the embassy on Twitter.
