Russian invaders are shelling Mykolaiv on Monday night, Mayor of the city Oleksandr Sinkevych has said.
"Mykolaiv is under attack again. Powerful explosions have thundered in different parts of the city. Gathering information! Stay away from windows and do not ignore safety rules!" he said in the Telegram channel on Monday night.
