Zelensky replaces Commander of AFU Special Operations Force – decrees
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed Hryhoriy Halahan as Commander of the Special Operations Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and appointed Viktor Khorenko to this position.
Respective decrees No. 530/2022 and No. 531/2022 have been published on the website of the head of state on Monday.
