One person injured in morning shelling of center of Kharkiv - mayor

As a result of shelling on Saturday morning, July 23, at least one person was injured in the center of Kharkiv, city mayor Ihor Terekhov said.

"Several strong attacks in the center area. So far, one victim is known. I hope this figure does not increase. The State Emergency Service is already working," he said on Telegram.
