City Council says explosions heard in Vinnytsia

A series of explosions sounded in Vinnytsia on Thursday, Vinnytsia City Council has said.

"Explosions were heard in Vinnytsia," the city council said in Telegram.

The city council urges citizens not to leave shelters and not to distribute photos and videos from the scene.

According to social networks, three or four explosions were heard.
