Fourth meeting of Ukraine Defense Contact Group to be held online on July 20 – US Dept of Defense
The fourth meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine in the Ramstein format will be held online on Wednesday, July 20, the press service of the U.S. Department of Defense reports following a conversation between Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov and U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
"Secretary Austin and Minister Reznikov also discussed the agenda for the next Ukraine Defense Contact Group (UDCG) to be held virtually on July 20 and exchanged perspectives on the future of U.S. and Allied assistance to Ukraine through the UDCG format, " a message posted on Monday night says.
In addition, Austin provided Reznikov with updated information about U.S. assistance in the field of security of Ukraine.
