The Verkhovna Rada has appointed MP Dmytro Lubynets to the post of its Commissioner for Human Rights, said Yaroslav Zheleznyak, a member of the Holos faction.
The corresponding decision was supported by 250 parliamentarians at the plenary session on Friday.
