Russian army loses 29,600 people, over 1,300 tanks during invasion into Ukraine - General Staff
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian army has lost more than 1,300 tanks, 206 aircraft and about 29,600 military personnel, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
"The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24 to May 26 were approximately: personnel - about 29,600 (+150) people liquidated, tanks - 1,315 (+10) units, armored combat vehicles - 3,235 (+22) units) units, MLRS - 201 ( +0) units, air defense systems - 93 (+0) units, aircraft - 206 (+0) units, helicopters - 170 (+0) units, operational-tactical UAVs - 502 (+11), cruise missiles - 114 ( +2), ships/boats - 13 (+0) units, automotive vehicles and tankers - 2,225 (+8) units, special equipment - 47 (+3) units," the Facebook post says.
It is noted that the greatest losses of the enemy over the past day were observed in Avdiyivka direction. The data is being specified.
