Ships of the Russian Fleet in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas continue to block civilian shipping in these seas, the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
"Enemy ship groups in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas are performing tasks to isolate combat areas and block civilian shipping," the report says.
