Bridge connecting Bucha, Irpin, Hostomel, Vorzel with Kyiv opened
From Monday, a temporary bulk bridge in Romanivka will open, connecting Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel, Vorzel with Kyiv, Deputy Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko wrote on Facebook.
"From today, a temporary bulk bridge has been opened in Romanivka, connecting the cities with Kyiv. The work lasted five days and was carried out around the clock. More than 50 people, more than 40 pieces of equipment - excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, rollers - were involved in the restoration process. The length of the temporary bulk bridge is 245 meters, the width is nine meters. More than 9,000 tonnes of bulk materials were used for its construction. Now we will make faster the delivery of humanitarian aid and building materials to the cities liberated from Russian occupation," he wrote.
